My question is; how can you justify taking $2,500. from a disabled Veteran's family who has never been to your website and not allow for a refund? It's plain stealing isn't it? That is my question and I will bet that you don't post this question because you know that it's wrong, but you have the company to hide behind. I guess my next step is the BBB. And at least explain my position. Even if they don't have an opinion one way or another they will post my complaint for the public to read. Anyone considering Doba will know what kind of company you really are.
