There are NO IMAGES when I go to catalogue.

This is not going to make inventory control very easy!

If you are unable to view images in our catalog, the issue maybe related to your browser.

First, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to see if those items with their images are listed but positioned lower on the page.

At that point, if you are able to view those items with their images, the items may automatically reposition and properly display without scrolling to the bottom of the page again.

Here are additional steps that can help address no images that are generally display related issues.

Maximize your window.

The browser may have a feature to change the size of the display. You can try zooming in/out by holding down the Ctrl Key on the keyboard and then pressing the – or + key to see if display properly. You also can increase or decrease the size by holding down the Ctrl key and using the scroll button on the mouse. Scroll forward to enlarge and scroll backward to reduce size.

Try another free browser such as Google Chrome and then Mozilla Firefox (www.Firefox.com).

If the same issue, you may need to adjust your screen display such as using a higher resolution to see more on the page. To change the resolution, you should have a display option under your computer’s preferences or display settings.

For a PC
- Right-click a blank area of your screen
- Select Properties (you may have another option for Settings or Display)
- Select the Settings tab
- In the ‘Screen Resolution’ section move the slider to the More side (higher resolution to see more)
- Select OK (make sure the resolution choice is supported by your monitor)

For a Mac
- Click on Apple icon
- Click on System Preferences
- Click on Displays
- In the Resolution section select Scaled
- Select a higher resolution (larger number)
- Select OK (make sure the resolution choice is supported by your monitor)
