Each of our suppliers has their own average processing schedules found on their Scorecard tab that show their Average Processing Times — business days Mon-Fri not including Sat, Sun, holidays before tracking information is provided. You can access that information on the supplier’s Scorecard tab found at the bottom of the Product Description page in our catalog. The field is called ‘Stated Processing Time.’ This is an average and not an exact/specific date. Suppliers also process their orders during Awaiting status. Please note that the shippers ship ground and takes additional business days to deliver their orders.
Also if the supplier provides a holiday shipping deadline, it would be generally noted in the product details page for their items and would be highlighted such as in pink in the description area.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times since they are average processing times. However use the above guidelines mentioned in evaluating what you sell and how you note shipping times in your offering. Also as you get closer to the date such as the 25th, you may want to offer those items from suppliers that have shorter average processing time. Or, note that these are averages and are unable to guarantee can be delivered by the 25th especially if for example the supplier’s average processing time is 5-7 business days and you have a buyer that placed an order on the 21st.
Each of our suppliers uses specific shippers and is their choice as to which they may use (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, freight companies) with their main shipper usually listed on the Scorecard tab at the bottom on every Product Description page in our catalog. You can contact these shippers to determine what their shipping ground timeline would be to give you an idea of what additional time you would need to add to the suppliers average processing time when creating your offering.
