A potential customer asked me if shipping to Puerto Rico was available? They also have a P.O. Box, so my question is..Can items be shipped to Puerto Rico?

If you still choose to sell to customers outside the USA, you must first have the product shipped to a location in the USA from which you can then ship it to its final destination yourself.
Please be aware that if you will be shipping to a customer outside the USA yourself, the product warranties and guaranties would be void and will not be refunded. Once a product leaves the USA we are no longer held responsible or liable.
You would want to also consider — final ship cost to international location, know import/export regulations for US and that country, warranties voided (a good example why is electronic products that may be designed for only US voltage), and higher chance of fraud with higher chance of not getting paid with no recourse outside of the US since we would not be able to control, regulate or have jurisdiction over other countries.
