Customer Support access

Doba only provides one general all access user account that has access to everything. I am planning to outsource most of my customer service which means they will need to log into doba to handle RMA and do research on customer inquiries. The only current option is to give them my doba user login. I don't want them to have access to my doba account info which allows them to do things like change user ID and password, view my prepay account and place orders directly on the doba site. Is there a way to limit their access or any creative alternate solutions?
